CON_PUL is an electronic recorder instrument to check up the pulsation system work in all types of milking machines.-Through the LCD screen the operator can see the pulsation curve form in real time.
In all cases the image can be stoped when is required and so in the next screen will be showed all measurement and calculated values.

CONPUL is operated for a microcomputer and this allow a trust and precise performance by the algorithms developed.-
In a non-volatile memory CONPUL can store up 29 measurements, graphics and calculated values, these can be recovered, showed and printed entering to Histogram function.
As support, all measurements and values can be printed through a thermal microprinter at very moment when are obtained.Only 5 keys allow to enter information and operate all available functions in the menu .
    CONPUL
is operated with a rechargeable battery and so very portable in any condition.

      Menu display the following functions:

  • DATA
  • GRAF_VAR
  • HISTOGRAM
  • VACUUM
  • SETUP
  • WASHED

DATA: for the measurement to be entered (N°, date, name, dairyfarm, operator)

    GRAF_VAR:
( Speed 1) Display the pulsation chamber vacuum recorded, pulsation rate, pulsation ratio, pulsation curve, (expressed in graphic and per cent units ), max. and min.vacuum (Kpa) in accordance with ISO standards.

HISTOGRAM: Can be used for recover measurements made prior to the moment. (29 memory places )

    VACUUM:
(Speed 3) Display the vacuum graphic connecting the left channel to the short milk tube during the milking as well as maximum, minimal, average vacuum levels and the total time recorded. (in minutes and seconds)

    SETUP:
To enable the data in/out to PC, modem, data file bank, etc with RS 232 connection, and to record the owner's name, company.

WASHED: (Speed 2) Display the vacuum graphic inside the milking pipelineduring the wash course with the air injector operating normally. The measurement of the "slug-washed" is made for comparison between the first and last milking unit.
